Exchanges, Returns or Cancellations Policy

The customer may cancel their order while it has not yet been processed, directly through the customer account area at https://shopify.com/79243706692/account. Once the order has been processed, cancellation is no longer possible, and the customer may request an exchange or return under the terms indicated below.

Your satisfaction is what matters most to us 🤍 If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, unused and unworn items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. EU customers are entitled to a refund via the original payment method within 14 days of receiving their order, in accordance with EU consumer law. After this period, store credit may be offered at Furlou's discretion.

Furlou is not responsible for the misuse of our products.

Furlou reserves the right to reject items that do not comply with our return policy and are used or worn out. If customers wish to return, they are responsible for sending back to our address.

In the event that there is an issue with your order, contact us within 5 days of the delivery date.
